ASSOCIATE MANAGER - CORPORATE RECRUITMENT Role and Key Objectives: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the recruitment process. The process has to be properly designed and implemented. The Recruitment Manager sets recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across all Recruiters. The Recruitment Manager builds a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the development of the Corporate Recruitment Team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members. Key Responsibilities:SourcingPlanning and implementation of efficient and cost effective sourcing initiatives to meet client and operational requirementsDesigns the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment sourceCosting and budgeting for sourcing initiatives. Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment processAnalysis on market and hiring trends to meet the demands of the businessCompetitive checks with different BPO companiesExplores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organizationBuilds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agenciesSets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organizationResource costing on new positions needed for RFPsSite Operations100% hiring fill rate and meet SLA for Leadership, Operations and Support group hiring requirementEnsure quality of hires through calibration and regular touch base meetings with the hiring managers, Operations, Quality and TrainingDesigns, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)Implement process improvements in the hiring process to meet quality requirementsConducts job interviews for the managerial job positions or key jobs in the organizationMonitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliantAttrition management – 30-60-90 day attritionTeam Development and Stakeholder ManagementPeople and team development through coaching and performance management/developmentAttends business and client reviews to provide updates on hiring, challenges and action plansActs as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics?Key Skills:Excellent communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsJob Interviewing SkillsManagerial and leadership skillsAnalytical skillsSocial Media KnowledgeTraining SkillsRequirements:5-6 years experience in Operations Leadership, Support Group and Executive Leadership recruitment in the BPO industryAt least 2-3 years as an Associate Manager/Manager in the same capacityCollege Graduates/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field but preferably in Psychology or Human ResourcesKnowledge on the local market and talent poolCan adapt to a fast-paced working environmentCan start immediately
