Details of the offer

Develops/Administers/Coordinates/Synchronizes HR policies, programs and other procedural matters for employees of SPC and SIPC and other subsidiaries and affiliates.
Ensuring the job descriptions of positions are in placed/Develops new Job Descriptions are required
Updates/Implements the salary structure of the Company/Facilitates benefits administration
Administers Service Contracts on Security, Health Insurance, Manpower and Janitorial
Oversees/Implements HRM functions from job posting, interview, placement up to employee separation (Exit Interview)
Facilitates the implementation of the Performance Evaluation System. Prepares documents on the recommendation for the Merit Increases & Bonuses for the approval of the Top Management
Prepares/Updates manual on guaranteed compensation
Ensures the compliance of reportorial requirements to DOLE, whenever necessary
Prepares memos on personnel movements, Appointments/Disciplinary Action, etc.
Implements/Manages the Company's Code of Conduct
Listens/Counsels/Guides problem-employees and employees with problems
Administers the SPC Power Foundation programs.

Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management preferably with Master's Degree in related field
At least 5 to 7 years experience in HRM in Supervisory/Managerial Level
Willing travel
Can work with minimal guidance
Positive Viewpoint
Compensation : Negotiable to commensurate experience and qualification
