ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - DAY SHIFTQualifications:
A Graduate of 4 years course (BS-BA, Office Administration, Commerce or Management Graduates).
Must have at least (1) year relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheet, Docs and Slides.
Above average communication skills.
Possess strong organization and time management skills.
Has a positive working attitude, honest and trust-worthy.
Keen to details and result oriented.
Highly values confidentiality.
Has a sense of urgency to be able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Can work with minimum supervision.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerforms time keeping and provides support in payroll processes.
Provides support to Human Resources and Accounting.
Provides support in processing / renewal of clearances and permits.
Provides support in organizing company events.
Processes permits and visas of expats.
Maintains inventory of office supplies.
Maintains the filing of important documents.
Accommodates guests and visitors.
