JOB DESCRIPTIONPerforms Workforce Management support functions for OperationsCommunication to stakeholders of intra-day performance and challenges i.e. providing direction, guidelines, performance update to hit service level goals, reporting phone, tools or network outages; making suggestions for corrections to any issuesAnalyze the impact of volume, AHT and shrinkage on the budget staffing requirementManage operational forecast variance to planReport staffing needs and performance issues impacting service levels on a timely manner, and recommend solutions to close gaps Qualifications:JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Open to College Graduates with no relevant work experienceOpen to College Undergraduates with BPO or Non-BPO work experienceWith knowledge in MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communications skillsCan work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines.
