Job Description:
Investagrams is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer, working from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at an entry-level seniority with zero years of experience.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with account-related issues, technical difficulties, and general inquiries about Investagrams services.3. Utilize strategic planning skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.4. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.5. Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:1. Resourceful and energetic personality traits to engage customers effectively and provide exceptional service.2. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and project management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, virtual environment.4. Excellent written communication skills with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills.6.
