Job title: Business AnalystProcess: Retail/TechWork set-up: Night and shifting schedule, work onsiteLocation: CebuRequirements:• Excellent communication skills• Excellence in strategic and analytical problem-solving• Experience in business analysis• Must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a BPO setting• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)• Immediate joiner is an advantage• College/Bachelor's Graduate (any field)• Willing to work onsite• Okay to work on midshaft/night and shifting scheduleJob Description:• Implement a structured approach to capturing business requirements and translating them into business insights for improving processes.• Interact with customer and articulate requirements.• Analyze solution options and recommend the preferred option.• Make presentations to customer and internal stakeholders on the solution.• Create detailed functional specifications as input for our systems analysis and design teams.• As a part of BA engagements, identify areas of additional opportunities to generate down-stream business, over and beyond the scope of work defined by the client.• Undertake research and enable dissemination of knowledge with the account team.• Constantly look at ways and means to bring more discipline and rigor to the Business System Analysis function by adopting more structured methodologies and tools.• Provide a point of view on topical subjects through contribution and authoring of thought/white papers.• Ability to understand business problems/needs and translate them into sustainable data model design/solution• Responsible for capturing, and elaborating business requirements & real-time analytics use cases in the journey, customer campaign and real-time analytics and translating them into user stories and functional design.
