Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Fetch Valet is seeking a highly experienced and independent Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. This role is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in web chat management, who is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment.

As the Web Chat Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's web chat operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing and IT teams to optimize the chat platform and drive engagement.
