Warehouse Manager

Job Description:
Incoming & Outgoing Stocks Management. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures with the standard KPI (key Performance Indicator). Warehouse System Management, Documentation Control & Update. Ensures that all Warehouse transactions are systematically documented and updated. Strict implementation of Warehouse Standard Operating Procedure in terms of safety, government compliance, utilities, administration, documentations and personnel management. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Stocks Management and Security. Ensures that all stocks/items are all accounted for. All variances are controlled and managed by implementing effective Warehouse control measures and checking procedures. Daily Monitoring of Supervisors’ Daily Warehouse work output vs. Daily KPI. Provides Daily Warehouse update/highlight report to the Operations Division Head. Provides the following Report:
Daily Delivery Report Variance Report Warehouse Highlights Shipment Receiving Report Freight Expense Summary Picking & Packing Volume Output RS Receiving & Back-To-Stock Manpower vs. Volume vs. OT hours. Capacity vs. Plantilla And all other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
4-year college degree graduate of any course, preferably With at least 5 years experience in the same capacity With strong background in Warehouse & Logistics Management and Administration. High degree of honesty, diligence, trustworthiness and credibility. Highly committed at work. To be assigned in Pasig
