Our team is looking for Game Operators for our Expanding Team – a young multilingual individuals that comes from over 25 countries. The Role Responsibility Hands-on handling of complex cases Responsible for fulfilling the support needs of the VIP players and quickly resolving any issues the players may have Maintaining good relationships with VIP players VIP Player Management Strategy: Understanding company objectives and the ability to craft custom, effective strategic plans to meet goals based on various data sources Crafting syndication schedules, tone, and messaging guidelines that give a personal experience to the players Research: basic spot research is needed to engage the VIP Players and to investigate any trending activities within the group Ideal Profile Fluent English with high written communication skills - A must 1+ year of experience with handling VIPs/ service/ support from an online production company Experience in building up and managing VIP service framework Strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility(ownership) Self-motivated go-getter who is driven to achieve results creatively Must be a people person Strong multi-tasking ability Gaming background - Advantage VIPs management experience- Advantage Personal Requirement Imagination, creativity and problem solving Adaptable and flexible Strong multi-tasking ability What's on Offer Flexible working options Work alongside & learn from best in class talent Fantastic work culture
