The RoleAs a CRM Project Manager, you will lead the technical infrastructure and data architecture planning for the CRM system, and advises the larger back on system interconnectivity. Tracks the timely delivery of all project documentation and artifacts. Monitors and reports risks along with the mitigation steps to the Stakeholders.Leads project meetings to provide project/enhancement updates to bank higher management via monthly PWTs, STCs, ECBs, MBR, and ROCs, to illustrate proper prioritization and impact management for the project vs other major projects of the bank Delivers all Project Administrative Documentation such as but not limited to PSR, Risk Monitoring document, etc.Should have high-level knowledge of CRM Implementations in order to oversee the delivery and be able to identify risks in the project. Guidance on the integrations as well as coordination for the external systems impacted is also expected from the CRM Project Manager.Contributes to key technology management decisions, especially related to database management and system connections using broad knowledge of bank technology landscape to ensure technical solution feasibility.
