Ux Designer

Work under the guidance of the Product Owner, the Design Manager and the UX Specialist to collaborate with the Design and Product Teams in delivering project requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product, Design and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth product development process.
Collaborate with teams in other offices across the globe.
Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment requiring independent selfdirection with a proclivity for team collaboration and open communication.
Carry our product research to monitor competitors and innovate based on industry and non-industry trends.
Brainstorm and solve complex problems to provide simple lean, customer focused UX.
Use a variety of methods to conceptualize and document design decisions including sketches, wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Create working prototypes to visually explain the intended behavior of the proposed design solution.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing on navigation and product flow, based on the UX concepts developed for the product

BA or BS Degree required in Design (Graphic, Interaction, Visual Communications, Product, etc.) or Computer Science.
Minimum 1-2 years of UX Design experience.
Strong design portfolio with examples of well-thought out interactions and clear visuals across web applications (not just static images). Experience of Motion Design, Interactive Design and Front-end Development will be seen as a major advantage.
Experience and expertise in high-level product strategy.
Expertise in using the full Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
Proficiency in using Axure, InVision, Sketch, UX Pin and other UX design / wireframing / prototyping tools.
Proven ability in the areas of Wireframing and Prototyping.
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Well-versed in current Web standards, including best practices for usability and accessibility.
