Job Description: Enable university and community partners by implementing meaningful initiatives that will benefit both Foundever and the partner organization Implement UCP projects, monitor progress and provide post-implementation review to partners Assess human capital of certain locations where Foundever's growth can be achieved Facilitate training and/or webinars for UCP leads, if needed Experience Target :
At least 2 years of sourcing and/or marketing experience in either BPO or non-BPO market, has at least-year training experience. Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills, public speaking skills, creative thinking, persuasion & influencing skills, financial skills, time management and project planning Measuring ROIs, ability to do Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI & TNA), technical and creative writing & an in-depth knowledge of the education system in the Philippines and the programs LGUs and government offices run Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
