DRAFTSMAN**Responsibilities**: Assisting immediate head in preparation of CAD drawings and lay-outsProcesses building, occupancy permits and other documents related to building constructionHelps in keeping and maintaining the updated as-built of the site and buildingsMonitoring the inventory of stock level of construction materialsDrafting and detailing of architectural, structural and electrical plansQualificationsPreferably a graduate of BSIT Major in Architectural Drafting, Civil Technology or Drafting Technology or other related courseMust have at least 2 years experience with Architectural Firm of Construction CompanyMust have knowledge in Architectural 3D and RenderingMust be exposed with Industrial, Commercial and Residential ProjectsMust be highly intuitive and can work under pressure
