A Unit Manager assists and supports each unit member in carrying out marketing operations, generating leads, developing marketing strategies, closing deals, and develop effective and efficient strategies to guarantee targets are fulfilled. 
A Unit Manager is expected to:
Exclusively sell housing/condominium units of 8990 HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Meet monthly and quarterly sales quota to maintain the UM status. Give direction to the sales team, provide regular updates and create sales strategies to meet sales targets Recruit and train a team of at least 20 sales people monthly Be a Team Leader and a Team Player Qualifications: Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course With extensive experience in real estate sales. With a deep understanding of the local real estate industry, market trends and real estate market challenges Adept in negotiating deals and making quick and sound decisions Licensed Real Estate broker is an advantage.
