The position will offer a great opportunity to strengthen your expertise in the accounting field.**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**:- Assist in the planning and resource requirements, lead execution and implementation of client scope & engagements aligned with the delivery system.- Coaches and supports project team members in the use of tools and methodologies.- Prepares and presents the project and team performance analysis dashboard.- Communicate to the steering committee changes on the project deliverables and schedules.- Updates project milestones and advise issuance of project billing.- Responsible to develop methods on how to improve the quality of service to clients through the delivery system and agreed-upon procedures.- Organize and review the work of the team members and ensure that client engagements follow the prescribed service quality of Infinnum.- Monitors the performance of Business Process Analysts based on objectives and deliverables contained in our service engagement contract with our clients.- Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLA) and project deliverables with clients are met timely.- Identify the issues and concerns of the account and project execution.
