Ui/Ux Designer

Description:
UI/UX Designer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project. Depending on client requirements, as a designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following.
• Conducting and executing research processes, Usability Audits
• Wireframes
• Navigation Structures
• Story Boards
• Interactive Guidelines
• Click through Prototypes
• Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams
• Proficiency in Tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma & Axure/Balsamiq.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in design positions in successful high-growth eCommerce/internet, online media or software product companies.
• Demonstrated leader with ability to attract outstanding talent, create and sustain a culture of high performance.
• Strong technical ability; capable of conducting mission-critical design discussions with Product Managers and business leads.
• Skilled at implementing and optimizing organizational structure and creative development processes that allow the design team to scale with the company.
