Truck Planner

Qualifications:- At least College level in Logistics/Transportation/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent- At least 2 years of relevant working experience- Keen to details and is highly organized- Above average oral and written communication skillsDuties and Responsibilities:- Keep records, monitor drivers' daily logs for errors or violations, and monitor their working hours and equipment availability.- Keep tabs on the weather at all drivers' locations to be able to flag potential issues.- Serve as a reliable point of contact to balance?drivers' health and safety?with customer requirements.- Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining branches based on their routes and timeline to minimize how many trucks and drivers are out.- Determine the best delivery methods and get the necessary documents and permits that drivers needed for the delivery.- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Free parking- Health insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- TruckPlanning: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- PDL (preferred)
