Transport Supervisor | Cebu

The Line Haul Operations Coordinator shall optimize truck utilization by overseeing the truck management (pick up and delivery of parcels) in various Ninja Van locations.
Manage their assigned fleet consisting of trucks and drivers
Ensure all shipments sent out from Consol hub get to their end-destination-hubs.
Optimize and plan routes (pick up and delivery) and assign drivers to the routes.
Ensure all shipments for consol hubs are received, inbounded / scanned, and pushed-off to the correct driver and route
Manage drivers' schedules and concerns
Monitor and log all expenses, including petty cash use and replenishments.
Create daily reports for all costs, shipments and overall operations.
Monitor log of shipments on Gsheets and Ninja Van software
Coordinate with Hub Managers across multiple Ninja Van locations
Provide good judgment in ensuring all problems are solved in an effective and timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Prior experience in handling truck management or related logistics background
Can work independently
Proficient in MS Excel or GoogleSheets
Able to multi-task and work with teams in various off-site locations
Experience as a supervisor is a plus
Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
