Marshal Electrical and Metal Products Co Ltd - Novaliches Quezon cityWe are looking for 3d CAD Designer / CAD operator- Assists engineering teams with their drawing requirements.- Designs, revises and finalizes 2D and 3D drawings (electrical metal enclosures and switchgears ).- Design using Mechanical/Electrical / Sheet Metal CAD 3D software- Creates 2D and 3D drawings with perspective view / details and material specifications.- Ensures newly modified designs can be manufactured and meets all specifications efficiently.- Design using CAM software to send to sheet punching/laser machine- Maintains files for all projects.- Supports engineers and designers of all disciplines through a variety of tasks including proposal drawings and sketches.- Deals with other engineers and provide technical assistance- Support fabrication team by preparing detail drawings, 3D bending guides, and assembly drawings.- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).- Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.- Responsible for designing drawings for Programming to press brake, Turret Punches and Laser by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.- able to operated 2D AND 3D CAD/CAM Software to program jobs into the machine- maintain organizes job catalog- ensure machine maintenance schedule is performed- Performs other tasks that may be assigned.**Qualifications**:- Must be punctual, honest, hard-working and has a positive attitude- Has excellent written and oral communication skills- Can work with mínimal supervision- With 1 year related experience from manufacturing set up- Effective speaking and listening communication skills- Must be able to read measurements and use measuring instruments- Knows how to interpret and understand Electrical and Production Drawings- With background in using 2D and 3D Design software- Knowledgeable in using SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal is an advantage- Knows fabrication and welding principles is a plus- With mechanical aptitude in sheet metal, fabrication and calculations- Has strong analytical and computer skills- Must be willing to work in Quezon CityWork Environment: Metal fabrication shop/ officePrimary product: Metal Enclosures/ Cabinets/ Electrical panelWorking Hours : 8 to 5 Pm Mondays to Fridays**Salary**: Php11,000.00 - Php12,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:wear masking, hand washing, must be fully vaccinatedAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- CAD: 1 year (preferred)
