Assists Training Manager in identifying the training and developmental needs of external client's employees.
Sources freelance trainers and cost effective training providers to meet the requirementsof internal and external clients.
Provides support in the creation, prioritization, and review of training programs / Learning Management System (LMS) projects.
Handles the evaluation and monitoring of training effectiveness and update of employees' training records (201 files and electronic files)

QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): good communication, training delivery, module development, LMS Handling.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
