It caters to contractors, architects, interior designers and homeowners who are building their own homes.**THE ROLE**: We are looking for Trading Supervisor who are willing to be assigned in AllHome, Mintal.Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officersResponsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to themResponsible for associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals.Ensure delivery of store KPI's - Sales, EBIT, Customer Service and Store Visuals.Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concern that need immediate solutions.Ensures the highest level of customer service at all timesConducts PEP talks and meeting to subordinatesCoordinates with other departments of the company to provide necessary reports**REQUIREMENTS**:At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must have a background in the retail industrySuccessful applicant will be assigned in AllHome, Mintal.1 Full-Time position(s) available.AllHome, an affiliate of Vista Land, Philippines' largest homebuilder trusted by Filipinos for almost 40 years is a one-stop shop for ALL home needs.
