JOB TITLE:TERRITORY MANAGERREPORTS TO:DISTRICT SALES MANAGERDIVISION:SALES-PRIVATE ACCOUNTSJOB RANK:JUNIOR OFFICER - MANAGERIALJOB SUMMARYThe Territory Manager is responsible for the promotion, sales, and in ensuring the continued patronage of clients to the various products being offered by the company through maintaining an excellent business relationship with the clients. He is also responsible for the monitoring of payments and full collection of all existing accounts receivables.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Responsible for product sales and promotion2. Achieves the required sales and collection quota per month3. Prepares computation of payment as per Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Provisional Receipt and Official Receipt4. Does follow - up to customers daily for payments and orders5. Prepares Sales Invoice for collection purposes, Provisional Receipts, and Official Receipts for clients6. Monitors delivered and undelivered orders of customers and delivers stocks to clients7. Monitors outstanding balance and accounts receivables of customers' accounts8. Prepares weekly Sales Report and Check and Cash collection as per remittances9. Prepares and submits blue book for weekly sales and collection checking10. Prepares liquidation of Cash Advances and Allowances and submits reports to the office every other week11. Provides data for the weekly preparation of Daily Coverage Report12. Safeguards and maintains the company-issued vehicle during their respective area13. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
