JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College level or Vocational School
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required in this position
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Can speak clearly at all times

- Receives and transfer incoming calls
- Monitors and reports condition of all telephone lines to MIS
- Assist and greet visitor in courteous manner

- Delivers and pick ups shipments as instructed by dispatcher
- Maintains cleanliness and good conditions of assigned vehicle as well
- Safe keeping and completeness of tools and equipment
- Ensures that all shipments are in good physical conditions when delivered to consignee
- Always observe safety and good driving skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Dispatch daily delivery and pick-up of cargoes based on pick - up advise and DR
- Maintains and collates all forms for delivery and pick-up
- Attend to all commercials, air and sea delivery related problem, complaints and inquiries
- Coordinates with internal and external customer regarding pick and delivery management
