Technical Writer

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
Research, develop and document technical design specifications
Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
Manage updates and revisions to existing policies, procedures, and manuals
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and the documentation requirements
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for external clients
Create work instructions to help end-users use a variety of systems

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Communications.
Experience in primarily in IT required, background or experience in handling customer service management, a plus.
Knowledge in C#, .NET, MVC, Rest API, WCF, .Net Core
2+ years related experience in documentation and technical writing, with strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
Working knowledge in Visio and MS Office.
