Amenable to work onsite at The Sanctum, North EDSA, QC or The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga occasionally (at least 2 times a month) What does a day in the life as a Technical Project Manager look like? Plans and oversees projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within the set budget. Plans and designates project resources, prepares the budget, monitors progress, and updates stakeholders all throughout the project is managed. Determines and defines project scope and objectives. Prepares budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements. Tracks project costs in order to meet budget. Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner. Develops and manages detailed projects' schedule and work plan. Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement; Monitors progress and make adjustments as needed. Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. What are the required qualifications for a Technical Project Manager? Graduate of Business Administration, Computer Science or any trade equivalent; Master in Project Management (MPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) Certification or Prince 2 Certification is a plus. Minimum 4 years of solid experience in project management in the BPO industry. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications; both Excel and Sheets. Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills; beyond satisfactory business communication skills, both in written and verbal. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. Exceptional level of discretion and confidentiality; Firm understanding and application of the lean business approach.
