Tax And Compliance Assistant Manager

Reviews and evaluates compliance to all tax-related transactions and processes of SCIC and affiliates;Ensures monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns are filed correctly, on time and in accordance with government regulations to minimize tax exposure;Ensures timely compliance of business registrations of all projects with various LGUs;Ensures timely payment of local business tax and licenses;Answers tax queries of various departments;Monitors and ensures that all necessary permits are complied with;Ensures all CWTs are properly recorded and submitted quarterly to the BIR;Ensures that the Company is aware of all BIR regulations and issuances thru issuance of tax memorandum and advisories;Ensures all tax returns and permits are properly filed and stored for easy retrieval;Prepares protest letters in response to BIR assessments;Assists Accounting and Compliance Department in other tasks deemed important for the accomplishment of Department’s objective;Conducts tax trainings to accounting staff.BS Accountancy Graduate, Certified Public Accountant; Proficient in MS Office applications, Excellent written and oral communications, Keen on new BIR issuances; At least 4 years (for AM), 3 years (Senior Supervisor) extensive experience in tax compliance. NOTE: Salary will be disclose during interview.
