Join our growing team of MVPs!**We are looking for top talents who can effectively deliver excellent support to our valued Clients.We offer learning opportunities, career growth and work-life balance.**Accounting Clerk (Spanish Speaking)**Billing:- Liaise with Sales Teams/Customer Service to carry out timely invoicing of customers.- Ensure the prompt and accurate allocation of invoice payments.- Prepare Customer Remittance Batches.- Checks management.Collections and disputes analysis:- Collect overdue payments and resolve payment issues.- Debt analysis: Top 20 meeting with Customer Service Team, Adhoc requests.- Credit control: Perform day to day credit management activities (including releases).- Reconciliations tasks: Reconcile AR subledger to GL / Make reconciliation adjustments to the accounts and find errors that need fixing by analyzing the customer accounts.- Process requests for refunds and credits to customers**Qualifications**- Able to speak in Spanish- Willing to work in the Night (Graveyard) Shift- Associates Degree in Accounting or any related field- 1-2 years' in Accounts Receivable accounting experience.- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsNever miss this exciting opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing BPO companies in Clark,Pampanga!**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shift
