Job Description:
Work closely with the Director of Talent & Organizational Development to provide optimal strategy, and programs for leadership development within Afni Philippines (executive, director, manager, and functional leaders). Build, source and curate level-specific content to support identified programs. Develops communication strategies to raise awareness for Learning & Development. Support delivery of curriculum to develop high-potential internal talent for critical roles across all levels of leadership (excluding first line leaders in Operations). Oversee onboarding delivery of new leaders (excluding first line leaders in Operations) and new managers entire first year experience, including orientation and assimilation activities, to ensure they are effectively delivering intended results. Oversee PH mentoring program (excluding first line leaders in Operations). Facilitate meetings and development sessions. Ensure all supporting leadership development processes are aligned, valid, measured against desired outcomes/deliverables, and are reported. Work closely with Operations Training teams to ensure role clarity and clear communication of initiatives. Stay current on leading trends in leadership development and be a thought leader for senior HR and executives on leadership development best practices. Establishes strategic partnerships with peer groups, professional societies and outside vendors to raise awareness on industry best practices, trends, processes, and incorporate findings into current Leadership and Professional development strategies. Minimum Qualifications:
A degree in Organization Development, Business Administration or other related field, preferred. Certifications in Situational Leadership II, Strengthsfinder, DDI, or other content vendors, a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and delivering leadership, talent development, and management programs. Significant experience interacting with executives and facilitating executive-level meetings. Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center industry. Strong credentials and personal brand; ability to coach at all levels. Deep expertise in developing leaders at all levels of the organization. Ability to curate and scale content to meet the needs of the level of the learner. Ability to deliver face-to-face and virtually, leveraging available tools.
