Job Description:
Peddlr is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess a high level of energy and resilience.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat- Provide product information and assist customers with order processing- Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for customers- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service role- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Creativity and research skills- Ability to work independently and in a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
