Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

As a Remote Communications Specialist at Hilton in Davao City, Philippines, you will be responsible for managing and executing all communication strategies and initiatives for the company. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute communication plans to support the overall business objectives of Hilton- Create engaging and informative content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed- Coordinate with various teams within the organization to ensure consistent messaging and branding- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and other industry partners- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role- Confident and hardworking individual with strong organizational skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Strong research skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
