Details of the offer

Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization.2. Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.3. Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders.4. Assist in the coordination and planning of events and projects.5. Handle basic financial tasks such as budgeting and expense tracking.6. Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications.7. Conduct research and gather information as needed.8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.9. Provide general support to team members as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a support role.3. Experience working remotely and independently.4. Strong organizational and time management skills.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.9. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.10. Experience in people management is a plus.
