CHATEAU BY THE SEA Is currently looking for:  FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE / CASHIER Salary:Depending on Skills and Experience Responsibilities: Welcome guests and usher them to respective areas of concernGive inquiring guests a room tour and/or venue tour based on their requestUpsell services and offersTake relevant information for dining, room, and/or event reservationForward information to department of concern for proper coordination and preparation of logisticsKeep updated records, such as dining, room, day use, and event booking and reservation lists, contracts, receipts, etc.- Create financial reports required by the Sales and Finance & Accounting TeamsAssist guests for a smooth check in processCoordinate guests? needs with the concerned departmentImmediately report incidents for immediate actionProcess and monitor client paymentAsk for client feedbackGive menu and/or take order of clients when Food & Beverage Attendant is not yet availableMaintain a neat and orderly work stationQualifications: Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent; Preferably with working experience as Front Office Associate; Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Good communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to work at Lapu-Lapu City
