Manage process of recruitment Tech Division (job posting, screening candidate, initiate the meeting between the candidate and the VP of Engineering, collaborate with HR from Head Office in offering step). Handle the onboarding program for the new hires in Malang & Surabaya and held a regular coordination with VP Engineering to monitor the new hires within OJT period. Initiate employees' activities as a tool to build bonding among employees. Becoming the representative of People Management in Malang & Surabaya branch. Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Psychology or equivalent. At least in total 5 Year(s) of working experience as recruiter or HR Generalist. Preferable from a digital company and familiar with business process and technology/engineering position in startup. Able to handle mass recruitment/campus hiring. Required Skill(s): Recruit, Corporate culture, HRBP Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Based in Malang or Surabaya.
