Store Cashier

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Communications or Marketing courses is preferred.
- Has at least two years experience in roles related to Customer Service, Internal/External Communications, Digital Marketing.
- Has Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all collections are properly receipted, deposited and reported likewise making sure that it is deposited completely and timely
- Disbursement of fund according to its specified purpose and intentions with proper authorizations
- Proper handling and monitoring of fund in order not to be depleted, while ensuring daily checking/review of Petty Cash Voucher/Check Voucher by the SM
- Proper safeguarding of all assets

- Collections
- Issue receipts for all collections & ensure that it is reported and deposited
- Secure it until properly deposited
- Deposit all collections on the same day collected while strictly observing the policy of having a convoy in bringing cash to the bank for deposit
- Petty Cash Fund (PCF), Commission Fund (CF), other operating funds
- Ensure that store operations fund is used for legitimate company expenditures (purpose)
- Monitoring and proper documentation of disbursements of operations fund, and ensure proper recording of all expenditures for allowances, commissions, and other store expenses
- Disburse the fund after securing proper authorization
- Weekly submission of SOF & liquidations
- Accountable forms
- Ensure proper safekeeping of currently in use forms
- Keep accountable forms in a secured location during operating hours and do not leave it unattended in a location accessible to anyone
- Cash Box
- Proper maintenance & reporting of any noted defects
- Daily review of Daily Cashiers Report generated from SIMS prior to checking by SM
- All other tasks that may be assigned by her Superior
