**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Conduct market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors- Review client's former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs- Conceptualize marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele- Create well-written copy that is free from mistakes- Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs- Maintain a database of customers who have opted to receive Client's correspondence- Monitor and report on the utility of each campaign**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:- Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar- **NON-NEGOTIABLE**: Must have a deep knowledge of Klaviyo (ideally a Klaviyo partner) and Mailchimp, experience in Campaign Monitor, Customer.io, Dot Digital, Active Campaign preferred- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities- Experience working with AU clients an advantage- Growth mindset, challenging status quo to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (be able to interact directly with clients)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Klaviyo: 1 year (required)- project management skills specific to marketing: 1 year (required)- database management: 1 year (required)
