Details of the offer

Conduct basic first round interviewing with oversight by the analyst, specialist or manager.
Conduct screening of candidates covering Customer Service Representative (CSR) /Associate and other non-Customer Service Representative (CSR) /Associate level functions.
Handle entry level positions basic screening process including communications assessment for
Customer Service Representative (CSR) /Associate level candidates only.
Confirms candidates against preset recruitment guidelines and follows up with the different groups in recruitment.
Interact with hiring supervisors regarding the status of job vacancies.
Perform all recruitment administrative responsibilities as needed.
Compliance with local and global recruitment policies, labor laws related to hiring.
Extend support in the data gathering of information that will be used in the report generation
Represent the company in different forums and events such as job fairs, university program, etc.
Initiate checklist of requirements in preparation for setting up Recruitment booth, marketing peripherals, campus recruitment and job fairs.
Support in setting up campus recruitment booth for job fairs, college relation activities, mall job fairs, etc.
Give suggestions on how to facilitate sourcing that will lead to attraction of more prospectivecandidates.
Express creative ideas that will boost graphics design imagination to deliver the best outcome.
Conduct Skills Enhancement Training to near-hire applicants to improve their communication skills, develop confidence and provide coaching in preparation for job interview
Extend support in the data gathering of information that will be used in the report generation
Provides daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports to appropriate channels and recipients
Collates and generates recruitment performance reports and issues then out on a timely manner
Integrates data generated locally and reports from internal clients to validate recruitment performance
Coordinates with Recruitment operations and Sourcing regarding data sources and other related reports
Provide suggestions to improve business processes.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job
duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
Equipped with Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Flexibility in handling multiple areas.
Performance is measured by recruitment metrics.
Able to perform regular and complex functions of the position with limited supervision.
Act as peer mentor for lower level position. Duties and tasks may be slightly difficult in nature and may require some evaluation and ingenuity.
Work under supervision with increased responsibility.
Ability to relate well with his/her colleagues for efficient and reliable candidate information in the database
profile.
Keep informed of recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to stay competitive.
