Give suggestions on how to facilitate sourcing that will lead to attraction of more prospectivecandidates.
Express creative ideas that will boost graphics design imagination to deliver the best outcome.
Conduct Skills Enhancement Training to near-hire applicants to improve their communication skills, develop confidence and provide coaching in preparation for job interview
Extend support in the data gathering of information that will be used in the report generation
Provides daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports to appropriate channels and recipients
Collates and generates recruitment performance reports and issues then out on a timely manner
Integrates data generated locally and reports from internal clients to validate recruitment performance
Coordinates with Recruitment operations and Sourcing regarding data sources and other related reports
Provide suggestions to improve business processes.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job
