Product Associate

**Research / Business Intelligence / Data Analytics**- Conducts market research activities related to the product- Coordinates the development of Product Analytics framework and tools to generate regular product-performance data- Monitor, review and report product performance**Product Rollout Management**- Assist to create Project Plans to effectively manage the launch or relaunch new products or enhancements to existing products.- Coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of agreed deliverables and timetables (Product Backlog Items and Sprint Backlog Items).- Assist on the coordination on the resolution of identified risks, issues and impediments that affect implementation of product strategy and project plans.**Product Promotion**- Assist on the formulation of promotional concepts based on Product Strategy- Coordinates with Marketing to produce promotional materials for the product.- Oversee the implementation of product promotion and report the results.**Stakeholder Management**- Identify customer focus processes to generate brand loyalty and customer retention.- Develops and maintains a productive relationship with product stakeholders and business partners.- Provides or facilitates the provision of necessary support to the product sales team- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration, Communications, or Advertisement;- At least a year of experience in Business Development is a plus;- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen to details, contract management, market research, business development, upbeat personality, analytical thinker, and relationship-building skills;- Capable of working hybrid at least once a week in the head office in Makati;- Working at home at least 3-4 times a week;- Willing to work between Monday to Friday (7am to 5pm);- Open for Fresh graduates.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employee- Work from homeSchedule:- 10 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
