Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems/Business information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
With at least 3 years experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing
Knowledge in Camstar.
Knowledge in MS SQL / SQL programming, windows power shell and Linux Shell scripting.
Good communication skills (capable to discuss with customers their requests and system enhancements).
Customer oriented and able to support during non-office hours.
With good analysis and documentation skills.
Provides support and analysis to ensure efficient and continuous operation, maintain compliance and overall application health for critical manufacturing execution systems – CAMSTAR.

Ensures application stability, performance and currency through regular and coordinated maintenance.
Ensures application and data backup and manages data archiving.
Participates in duty service rotation to ensure 24x7 support coverage on applications and system supported.
Supports UAT (User Acceptance Testing), supports client resources during testing phase to assure that developed solution satisfies client requirements.
Participates on test data setup for unit, performance (load, stress) and system integration testing.
Participates on deployment activities and projects for manufacturing systems.
Supports data conversion activities.
In cooperation with application teams designs and develops particular components of manufacturing applications and factory specific tools and automation systems.
Follows defined coding standards, naming conventions, methodology standards, code libraries, etc.
Liaise with business partners to understand system enhancements requirements and communicates to software development team.
Interacts with business users to gather requirements and understand how these address business needs and affect the KPI metrics of the factories.
Collaborates in prioritizing competing business demands and assessing the risks, viability, and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Be keen in identifying the risks in proposing and/or implementing changes to the production environment, i.e. become an advocate of Change Management.
Identifies and drive continuous improvements to all aspects of solutions delivery and sustainability.
Documents how solutions are configured in order for it to work and how these are used to achieve the business objective(s).
