Auditor

Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all elements with the payroll process- Works to resolve all payroll discrepancies by the individual and/or service providers to ensure that contracts with company are implemented as agreed upon- Overall responsible in the computation and processing of payroll for all employees ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages. Ensures that all DTR are correct with explanation and all required forms are attached and ready to be signed.- 2. Reviews and validates timesheet as needed, together with respective managers or departments and balancing payroll entries prior uploading and getting approval for release.- . Prepares pay slip to all employees.- 4. Oversees and supervises all required payroll reports to Human Resources, Finance and other relevant departments- 5. Working closely with managers to ensure all required payroll entries and related information are submitted based on communicated and agreed timeline- 6. Validate payroll run results for completeness and accuracy, including all payments and respective deductions- 7. Reconcile any discrepancies and other possible erroneous entries to ensure correct associate costs are reflected and posted.
