Building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintaining, updating, and increasing customer contact list.
Understanding company products and services, potentially developing products, and services via crowd sourcing (From customers)
Travelling to demonstrate and educate potential customers our company products and services.
Securing favor from existing and potential customers.
Generating of minutes of meeting for customer reference
Identifying requirements of customers and relaying the information back to base for processing.
Putting together proposals and tender documents.
Identifying competitor’s SWOT, activities and customers target price
Negotiations, follow up and securing sales pitches.
Ensuring secured orders are completed and delivered within the committed lead time.
Processing of required logistics documents for each delivery.
With all efforts ensuring monthly sales quota is achieved.
Ensure sales activities are recorded and reported daily to management.
Preparing of weekly/ monthly potential projects, pending projects and sales achieved.
Preparing of presentation slides to address obstacles of projects. For brainstorming session with internal team.
Job Qualifications
Undergraduate, majoring in business management, science in entrepreneurship, marketing, or business analytics.*Certificate must be present during interview
Working experience:
Minimum 4 years working experience as sales executive, account executive or business development executive in a company with business type electronics, manufacturing, or technology. (70% of tenure period should be >3 years)*At least 2 Character reference must be provided from the latest company worked and the company before that, certificate of employment/ clearance must be provided for the latest
Computer and Mobile Proficient:
Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
With global average 40 wpm typing speed (Test will be given)
Google applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Hangouts)
Zoom Interactive
Social communication app (What’s app, Viber, Skype, Line)
Infinity (Cloud base progressive reporting)
Writing, reporting, and presenting:
Sales activity report
Marketing/ Entertainment expenditure report
Progressive report
Minutes of meeting
Presentations slides for sales pitches
Presentations slides for internal use
