In your new role you will: Assisting ES Manager on duties as assigned. Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSATsubcon (globally located) Facilitate & support Business Units/Division on engineering samplerequest Partial management function Assist ES Manager Attend to regular and urgent meetings Gathering of information/data for reporting General support to other ES coordinator with all subcon Support ES Manager to achieve team's objective and target to assist internal customer needs to meet their deadlines requirement to facilitate data gathering for analysis of report on adhoc and urgent last minute request to maintain standard and reputation of the group Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSAT subcon Coordination and management of ES process Assist Business Units in meeting their needs with close communication with customer to understand deadlines and drivesubcon to meet their needs Lead and co-ordinate a work to carry out task in hand as needed Responsible for subcon enabling related activity from ES perspective– setup facility code, logistic, SAP and Febes You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) Min 1-2 years handling engineering sample Engineering knowledge a plus Planning, IT, Accounting background will be added advantage Extent of technical knowledge in own area: • Tactical planning skill • Knowledge of engineering sample management • Good knowledgeable in assembly and testing requirements & planning scheduling • Anticipating issues/challenges and provide immediate Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
