DIRECT HIRING!Job Title:Biomedical EngineerDepartment:Technical DepartmentReports to:General Manager & PresidentKnowledge, Skills and CapabilityBiomedical Engineer or ECE or Electro Mechanical Knowledgeable in Hemodialysis machinesMust possess good verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized and disciplinedJob SummaryThe Biomedical Engineer is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the warehouse and technicians.This Job Summary is not an exclusive summary of the scope of the employee's workDuties and ResponsibilitiesManage Technicians of Bioregen Euro, Med Technik: Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.Prepare the weekly schedule of Technicians.Monitor the technician's daily activity and prepare weekly summary of all Technician's output with analysis whether their man hours are maximized.Set weekly meeting with technicians and ensure that the General Manager is informed by furnishing a weekly minute of meeting to be discussed also with the GM after the weekly meeting to thresh out all issues.Study and familiarize with the operations of but not limited to: 2008K and 4008A /4008S Series of Fresenius Machines for Bioregen Euro operations and All Equipment that will be used by Pro Euro, a sister company of Bioregen Euro. Sales / Marketing of services of Med Technik. Plan and propose to Management for approval any appropriate technical training and development for Technicians.Handle and facilitate approval of Job Orders prior to service execution by the TechniciansWill check all machines and all its accessories for delivery prior to release from the warehouseWill ensure timely preparation of all machines and its accessories for delivery.Will develop and prepare needed SOPs and Forms related to the Job of Technicians. Will ensure that Drafted SOP's/ Forms are properly routed for management approval.Will prepare needed documents and compliance certificates of the machine's prior delivery.Attends to all other work designated to him/her by the immediate superior/department head and by the management.The duties and responsibilities enumerated above are not exclusive of any other duties and responsibilities that BEI may see fit to designate or assign to the employee concernedThe duties and responsibilities may be revised from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the serviceSalary RangePhp 20,000 basic salary with Php 10,000 allowancesJob Location009A Maremil Subd.
