About the role

Responsible for service delivery of Reward (remuneration and benefits) activities or other reward programs globally in partnership with the Global Reward team.
About You

Qualifications

- Degree, qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or other relevant Business degree, required
- Reward and Benefits Certification (e.g. World at Work) would be advantageous.

Experience & Technical Competencies
- 5+ years of relevant remuneration and benefit experience in a Multi-National Company (MNC) environment

- Strong problem solving and analytical ability in interrogation of data.

- Advanced numeracy skills

- Proven ability to deliver effective communications both verbal and written

- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.

- Payroll or international HR experience a significant advantage

- Experience in SAP and SuccessFactors preferred

- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular strong/advanced Excel skills

- Project management skills an advantage

Languages:
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

- Spanish language skills an advantage
