Job Overview
You will be the person to respond to lead generation of new business from tenants enquiring via spareroom website.
tasks include:
1. direct message new tenant profiles showing them the properties on offer
2. renew adverts daily
3. respond to enquiries within 2 hours of a message on the platform
4. produce weekly reports to the director on engagement, number of enquires per week
5. schedule appointments for the accompanied viewer of the properties
6. monitor competition including price point, offers and report this weekly to the director
this is a part time role 7 days a week.
