Software Engineer in Test-190015BO Preferred Qualifications Responsibilities: - Work with Product Management and Developers to brainstorm new features.
- Write, execute and review test plans for new product features.
- Design test case outlines for use in coding automated tests using Java/Groovy/Junit/JavaScript.
- Perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of the test code and optimize its execution.
- Investigate and reproduce problems reported by customers.
- Work on initiatives to improve test processes and tools.
- Interacts daily with team members and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to other Software Engineer in Test to deliver the testing requirements based on the required timeline
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- B.S.in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the related field.
- Experience testing/developing Internet applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Has worked with automated tools and testing frameworks.
- Object oriented programming experience required, preferably Java.
- Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills as this position requires working and collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders in various geographic areas and time zones.
- Self–motivated, capable of working independently when needed.
Good to have Qualifications/Skills:
- Practical experience with Agile/Kanban team development.
- Good understanding of SQL.
- Experience using Jira as an Agile tool.
- Familiar with code coverage and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with SaaS applications and e-Commerce solutions.

Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
