Maximizing Efficiency: Shaping Excellence Install, configure, and maintain software tools enterprise-wide.
Analyze significant and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and policies in enterprise license agreement management efforts.
Provide technical and administrative support to ensure that the assets, products, and services purchased and installed conform to service level agreements, contract specifications, agreed-upon schedules, and expected levels of quantity and quality.
Provide support services ranging from user assistance, software purchase assistance, renewals, removals, entitlement and proof of purchase tracking, network scan reconciliation, download assistance, procurement package, and documentation.
Collect and maintain accurate software licensing information in repositories to address budgeting, software compliance, inventory, contracts, costs, and internal and external audit queries.
Implement tools, processes, and procedures to automate the collection, storage, and reporting of key software data to ensure effective product management enterprise-wide.
Respond to requests from software owners, end-users, managers, and members for specific IT software asset management information.
Manage coordinator(s) in processing transactions and maintaining accurate data.
Requirements Fueling Expertise: Essential Credentials 3+ years of experience in software asset management, enterprise licensing management, including execution, agreements, and user software interaction across IT domains.
Understanding of asset management tools and technologies.
Knowledge of product use rights for publishers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, Okta, etc.
Ability to collaborate in establishing and expanding our SAM managed offerings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to different stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
