United Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Specialist in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and assistance.3. Document and track customer interactions and feedback for analysis.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Assist in the development and implementation of online customer support strategies.6. Provide feedback to improve existing customer support processes.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:1. Passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.2. Strong project management and planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms.6. Experience in a customer support role is preferred.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
