Job Description Responsibilities Implement the clients' social media calendar in Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Youtube aligning them with the current strategy and campaigns.
Create / Design engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
Search and contact potential clients in Facebook groups
Respond to comments and customer queries (or referred them to the right person) in a timely manner in our Social Media and Blog.
Monitor and report on feedback and online review
Support the marketing team with content and marketing ideas to increase clients' brand awarenes
?Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
Qualifications
Bachelor of Marketing or Advertising or related
3 years experience managing social media accounts for Australian companies
Advanced knowledge using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
