WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider is looking for a stellar candidate to fill the role of Social Impact and ESG Associate for its client based in Ortigas, Pasig City.If you think you match the qualifications below APPLY NOW and one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants will call you for a remote interview.This is for direct hiring and for a role.Job Requirements:Experience of working for a research or consultancy with proven research and analysis skills.Knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation of projectsKnowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodsKnowledge and interest in sustainable development, ESG, social issues, and/or working in the social housing sectorGraduate of a 4 year college course that provided training in research, data analysis and report writingPreferably with 2-3 years relevant experience in the same field/Fresh grads are welcome to apply.Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with and understand the perspectives of different stakeholder groups in the private, public and social sectorsStrong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysisStrong ability for research and processing of information for effective useExcellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information and write in a clear and concise manner, with some proven experience of report writingProficiency in use of power point and similar presentation methodsHighly organized, detail-oriented and can implement plans in a methodical mannerSelf-motivated, self-initiating; able to work independently and autonomouslyResponsible, mature, serious and hardworkingAble to carry self professionally in meetings with other stakeholdersFluent in English and Filipino - in oral and written languageMust be willing to work onsite in OrtigasDuties/Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day tasks of the Social impact and ESG programs and processesAssist in social due diligence of individual projects, which may include site visits, client and business partner interviews, meetings with local authorities, housing associations, etc.Research, collate, analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and draft reports that communicate in a clear and concise way our results and insightsProvide research and input in the development and continuous improvement of impact and ESG initiatives and projects, its measurement and implementation, in line with global best practice and new tools and techniques.Carry out market and social research to deliver evidence-based information and recommendations to ManagementCollaborate effectively with Management to share ideas, plan and organize projects and bring them to fruitionContinuously monitor and evaluate impact and ESG projectsSupport the impact and ESG projects through inter-department coordination and communicationCandidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.
