Job Description:
Manage process of recruitment (job posting, screening candidate, initiate the meeting between the candidate and the line manager, collaborate with Spv or Manager of HR in offering step). Handle the onboarding program for the new hires in Jakarta. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Psychology, Human Resources or related major. At least in total 2 Year(s) of working experience as recruiter. Preferable from a digital company and familiar with business process in startup. Able to handle mass recruitment/campus hiring. Required Skill(s): Recruit, Corporate culture Preferably Staff specialized in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Based in Malang or Jakarta
